Palm connect file merge

As a recent convert from the Sharp Wizard to the Zoomer I have one major
complaint. With the Wizard I could merge the datebook files from
my wizard to my PC backup. This allowed me to keep a continuous running
datebook on my PC when I cleared my Wiz memory for more data. There does
not appear to be a way to do this with Palm Connect. Any thoughts or
solutions to this problem are greatly appreciated.
Also when I link up via Palm Conn. there are system files that do not appear
on the PC link side that I know are in the zoomer and I would like to
back-up.
Lastly I would like to add my name to the list of people who did not receive
their free pens. What a rip!!!!!!
