Screen protector things from the Concept Kitchen

I ordered a bunnch of these things, and what they are is
little rectangles of plastic, cut to roughly the right size, obviously
costing pennies each. The instructions assert that they will magically
adhere to your screen using modern adhesives, which is a crock, if
they stick at all it is by static or something. Mine won't stick at
all well. The surface is slightly tacky, so it doesn't slide around
much, but it's not real good to write on either.
I'm pretty sure I paid several dollars for about 30 cents
worth of plastic which is totally inappropriate to the task it's
sold to do.
I wouldn't give the Concept Kitchen another nickel of my money
if I had firm evidence they were selling gold for a buck a pound.
