Newton 1mb RAM Card Battery

Has anyone replaced the battery in the Newton 1mb RAM card? It is a
DL-2325 which doesn't even show up on the Radio Shack Cross reference
chart at the store. Any suggestions as to a suitable substitute? The
Newton RAM Card instruction manual only states the one battery type...
