Zoomer Pens Sent

Thanks to everyone who sent messages to me or to the List indicating
that they didn't receive a pen in return for their registration card.

We have gone through the database of registration cards this week,
and found a significant number of you who were not sent pens. This
was completely unintentional, and we might not have discovered the
problem if you hadn't mentioned it. We believe that as of today we
have sent pens out to everyone who sent in a registration card
but didn't get a pen. Please wait a week or so for these to arrive.

Any who believe that they did send a registration card but haven't
received a pen by the end of the month should send email directly
to me.

If you haven't sent in your registration card, please do so. We
value them, and do keep them on file. Some of you have already heard
from us based on your registration card.

Graffiti is automatically registered at the time of purchase --
there's no card (or pen).
