Exactly what seems to be the problem?. I have the same setup and was able to
walk through the tutorial the first time.

Do you have your paths set?
Did you try the tutorial?

I know the SDK is a bummer, and the lack of an APP wizard is sorely apparent,
but
other than that, I have no problem with BC4.0.
