I use Nicads in my Zoomer just fine. I keep an extra set on hand, as you
should do with any type of battery. I also use a FlashDisk card.

BTW, could someone with the SDK write a program to display battery life
left (approximate) based on Alkaline/Nicad/Litium? I think this would be
a hit on the list. Also, just a program that displays the volts/battery
would be peachy. Anyone interested?
