Just in case you didn't get to read Chris' excellent FAQ, here's the official answer to
one of the most FAQ on the Zoomer and PCMCIA cards:

PCMCIA Ram Card Formatting
In some instances, the Zoomer will format a PCMCIA card to the wrong size,
usually 128k.

If this occurs, from File Manager, run a:sdisk.exe (this can be done on any
Zoomer). Sdisk will prompt you whether or not to format the card. Press thecA
button to format.

Then the card should be setup correctly.
