1) My Zoomer pen keeps falling out of its holder in the bottom of
the machine. That normally happens when I accidentally hit it against
something (like when I, uhh, throw it against the back seat of my car :) ).
Any suggestions? (Besides not throwing it :) ).
2) My free pen did not arrive yet. I sent out the registration
card the first week of February. Any suggestions here?
