PCMCIA Sundisk FM44 problem

I have a 20 mb Sundisk which was working fine. I copied some files from my
PC to the Sundisk and then made a backup of the GEOWORKS folder from drive
B:\. Now a couple of days later I put in my Sundisk and try to get a file
from it. Instead of getting my file I get an error which says something
like "The target of the link has been moved or deleted Error Code: FM-44."
After I hit OK I get a message saying the card is still in use and to
reinstall it. Then the Zoomer locks up. To fix it I have to remove the card
and restart.
