I am not sure who mentionned that they wanted to increase the volume
of the zoomer. I found an alternative that works fine with me, but it
isn't as portable as I know some people would like.
What I did was go to Radio Shack and buy the phono plug adapter for
plugging into the Zoomer's headphone port and then attaching
self-amplified (small) speakers. The volume is adjusted via the
Zoomer, and believe me the sound (beep) from the date book can be
mighty loud.
