Subject: Zoomer Battery Life

I know that the zoomer's battery life is amazingly long (120 hours or so) but I
get the impression that it's even longer than that or there is something wrong
with the battery life detection. I've had my Zoomer since October '93 and have
only received one warning message. I use it daily and have only changed the
batteries 3 times. The last time I changed the batteries was in January. Is
it using the lithium backup battery at this point? Does the low battery message
only work once? Do I have no sense of time?
Anyone else notice exceptionally long battery life?
