general question: what does costing twice more really mean?

I really haven't priced the 'alkas' or 'liths'...I just hop over to
SAM's club and buy a 16-pk of energizers for $7. Which will usually last me
about 1.2 months a change or 6 months. Hmm, only really $14 a year to
operate my Zoomer.

question #2: what are the translation libraries that GeoPublish
(shareware) needs when I was trying to Import a *.GIF file into the
ScrapBook program?? Even if the solution is to buy a GeoPubl, I would
still like to know what the libs, program, and/or directory structure for
it is (to fullfill my curiousity).
