I have just completed installing the Expert Plus files on my Zoomer. They
are improvement over the Upgrade files that I tried earlier in the week,
which crashed my system. It does speed up the system, and lets me switch
almost instantaneously between 3 apps.
It is difficult however to "close" apps when the system tells me I have
too many apps open. I'm not sure what "close" means, since on the Zoomer
closing is usually just switching to another application.
I tried the "Exit to DOS" and did not get what I expected (I was looking
for a DOS prompt like B:> -- but it just seemed to hang up and then reset
and returned me to GEO. I don't think I'
have figured out how to use Expert Mode with DOS apps.
The next thing I would like to do is download a Basic Program and use
the basic program that transfers an entire subdirectory to my PC -- since
I accumulate lots of files that need to be backed up each day.
