I'd use 2400 baud text-only WWW access if that was the only
thing available -- it's better than nothing. At 9600 baud,
graphical access might not be as bad as you imagine, especially
given that you could preprocess data on an intermediate server
before sending it over the 9600 baud link.

I think that the biggest challenges to WWW access on a Zoomer
are the small screen size, the lack of CPU power, and (speaking
for myself here) not a lot of /tmp space.
