Is it possible (I don't have this problem by the way) that the enhanced
GEOS.INI or NET.INI file contains someone else's home city and so, even when
you do a soft reset you wind up reverting to the author of the enhanced .INI
files' home city? Just an idea, I haven't checked to see if the .INI files
even address the World Clock cities. If it is the case the fix would be
pretty easy as you know.
