I checked out the idea of Notebook vs Address book with a single sample entry,
and I found that the Address book file was 176 bytes larger...so for the sake
of space, I'd say notebook is the way to go. I think your idea was best, Russ,
title each page City, St and list all of the particular cities entries on
one page. Here's the format I suggest:

Address-
Phone-
Hours-
Prices-
Credit Cards-
Source of Review-
Comments-
