1. Each city/area will have one notebook page to list the restaurants. The
page will be titled "City, State".
2. The format for one restaurant listing is as follows:
Cuisine -
Name -
Address -
Phone -
Hours -
Prices -
Credit cards - (list type of cards,V, MC, AE, DS=Discover,DC=Diners
Club)
Source of review -
Comments -
3. Keeping the list on one page will limit the number of restaurants to
around 12. If need be, we can add a second page for a city ("New York, NY -
2"), but I think 12 is enough.
4. We need to decide the following:
Where do we store the interim files?
How do we transfer the files (i.e. e-mail, zipped files, etc.)?
How do we combine the interim files into a master notebook?
5. I will have a list of Atlanta restaurants next week (with Orlando and
Cocoa Beach soon to follow). Therefore, I'll be looking for answers to #4
ASAP.
Thanks to everyone who has picked up this project! This will be great when
we get it finished!
