I just bought a Zoomer and I have two questions that I hope someone can answer. ( I am PC literate, so feel free to get technical, but keep in maind that I just bought this thing.)
1. Does any one know if all Zoomers are created equal? Mine was manufactored 9/93. I am concerned that this is one of the first production runs and firmware upgrades were made that I don't have.
2. I tried the expert mode download in the software area and my Zoomer crashes as soon as I re set it. A hard re set is needed to recover. I am wondering if this relates to my first question.
