Not completely correct - existing users ( I am one) maintain their Internet
EMAIL account, and according to the account rep, indefinitely. You can send
a page VIA Internet or via the Paging operator (it still exists for existing
customers)

New accounts will not have the EMAIL option, but will maintain the various
news feed services.

So, if you buy a used EMBARC, you should see about transferring the account
and trying to maintain the former owner's EMAIL access.
