I suspect that these cases are for the older products, also called GRiD Pads.
Before AST bought Tandy's computer division, and before Tandy bought GRiD (I
think), GRiD came out with what was probably the first pen-based notebook
computers for the general market. They've called the entire product line "GRiD
Pad" from the start, and so if you see accessories for GRiD Pads, they may not
be for the Zoomer.
