Nope, the only fool is me... mea culpa. The file was sent to me zipped with 2.0.4, and because of AOL's policy, I had to convert it to 1.10. Obviously, I somehow zipped the wrong file (another text file instead of the GEO) and uploaded the thing.
My sincere apologies to the four people who downloaded this botched file. I have replaced it with the right thing now. Guess I really need that vacation I'm taking next week!
