IntelliLink is fine for sending data back and forth from the desktop to your Z7000 and for translating the data for use on other platforms. PalmConnect will allow you to edit your personal information data on the desktop (i.e. Address Book, Date Book, Note Book). The PIM apps (by Palm) run exactly the same way on your desktop as they do on your Z7000.
