My trouble started when I discovered that my existing copy of IntelliLink that I used with Lotus Organize and the B.O.S.S. was already setup to transfer data to the Zoomer. I transferred my Organize files to the Zoomer and now, whenever I hit 'new entry' in the phone book, the entire Zoomer crashes. Only the reset button gets it going again. I can't even turn off the display. It's DEAD.
I called tech support and the guy said "I'll call you back in 20 minutes". That was yesterday, I guess his watch stopped <grin>
Can anyone help with this? If I can't add a new address book entry, the Zoomer is not going to be too useful.
