I have been having the same problem with Intellilink. It doesn't happen all the time but it happens at least 60% of the time. I have sent a copy of my .org file and the Zoomer files to Intellilink to see if they can see the problem, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. We will see. Try downloading a couple more times and see if it does it again...
