In most cases I would agree you are correct on the use of the software. I know most software allows use on a desktop and a notebook machine if the notebook is used less than a certain % of the time. But then there have been some other arrangements as well. I do seem to recall that the use of PDA's PQ (including the HP version) do not allow use on the PC. Might be worth a check on this and please let us know what you find out. Hey maybe you can and that would be neat.
