It sounds like you have things in order.
- Assuming that the card is functioning well, and if directly accessed (via File Manager) you can see the files you have copies over there, Try completing a Rescan of all drives from the menu option in File Manager. It may only need a directory update.

If this doesn't cut it, let us know..
