I've heard from users that the icons in the title scream out at them, HIT ME, TRY ME. Therefore, I'm very concerned if an experienced user runs into the sort of problems GJGrimm describes. Let's hope he had a bad dl and that was it. If not, all of you who suffer silently, speak up so that I may help you.
