Hi,
Intellink will convert the Zoomer application data into other formats. Palm Connect allows you to use the exact same apps as shown on the Zoomer on your PC. Palm Connect also provides file transfer to your Zoomer. You may want both, but I'd say the Intellink is more important if you use another PIM on your desktop.
