HP non-warranty work

Well, I did it. I fell asleep near my OmniGo and woke up to find I had
cracked the screen. It still works (except the pen doesn't sometimes)
Anyhow, I was wondering if anybody has had any work done on their palmtop
(preferably OmniGo) by HP. If so, I have questions:

- How long does it take to getthe palmtop back?
- What about files that aree on it at the time?
- How much does it cost?-Anything I should be ccarefull of?

Any and all help is muchly appreciated
