Use GDBIO, a DOS shareware program available at various sites on the Web
(no, I don't remember exactly which of the many Omnigo and Geos sites....)
It converts .gdb and .pdb to comma delimited format, with a few anomalies,
and allows importing of comma-delimited files too.
