SDK Question

I am having a problem getting the emulator to work on my second machine.
I think I installed everything properly (i.e, the files transferred
properly to the second machine, and I typed "install") However, when I
type "geosec" I get that ever so fun "bad command" message. It seems as
if I need to put something in my DOS path, but I have tried all the
common sense directories and nothing seems to work. Anyone got any
ideas? Do I have to somehow start the geos kernal before typeing
"geosec"? Thanks in advance,
