I could not find the specific info anymore. I simply called
(541)715-2004, the number for HP customer support that is in your OG. I
went through all of the 'press 1 for..' When I got to a human, I told
them that I had one of the OGs that had been recalled, she took some
information and then passed me to another lady who took the same
information. I gave her my credit card number as insurance that I would
return my old unit. That was last Friday. The new OG arrived on Monday. I
transferred my info over and sent my old one back the same day. I don't
know that I ever had any problems with mine, but it seemed that to not
get a new unit with fresh batteries would be rather silly. Good luck.
