Did you type "LOADEREC" in the target directory on the target machine? This
should start the EC version of GEOS on the target machine, in whatever
platform you are running in, either GEOS2XEC, ZOOMEREC, PT9000EC, or OMNIGOEC
(if you have the OmniGo SDK).
