I believe you are looking for OgComm.zip. (not ogocomm)
Freeware programs OgComm and OgEdit are available from my web page:

I use a Megahertz 14.4 PCMCIA modem regularly with the Omnigo.
I believe there is program under development called RenoComm
which should replace the function of OgComm. The author is
trying to deliver a public domain beta in June 96.
