I had seen some post here about the problem of connecting
the serial cable from the OG to the mouse port of the PC.
There should be an adapter that enables to connect the OG
cable to the second serial port of the PC. (Usually COM2 and
connected to an External modem). It is easier to disconnect
the mdem than the mouse. It will also enable us to control
Windows with the mouse, while connecting to the PC.
Another advantage might be the option of connecting the OG
to an external modem. (But with a male adapter this time).
This should save the battery since most of the external
modems, use their own poer supply.
This is just an idea.I didn't try it, but probebly someone
out there can figure it out.
