--if you soft reboot the device by holding down the
"shift", "on" and "next" keys and then releasing the
"shift" and "on" keys while continuing to hold down
the "next" key, a diagnostic menu screen will appear.
I tried this and my serial port Failed.
Error message was "RS232 No Loopback"
BTW, why does it initialize Com 0 and not Com 1
when starting the diagnostics Program?
This is not looking good at all. My OG
is only 3 weeks old and being in
Japan doesn't help for quick servicing :-(
