I mailed the author of the page regarding how he got DOS to run
on the OG100. The following is a hasty translation to English
of his home page, thanks to two Japanese guys in my department.
I must emphasize "hasty" so forgive any omissions. His page
does not say how he got command.com to run into a shell...

OmniGo 100 - using it, you can do bad things(?)

OG100 using DOS
is originally running Geoworks' GEOS but we make some modification to boot
DOS up.

1) When we reset theOG100, the config.sys is executed because the OG100
runs DOS in the background. The following message is from a device driver
related PCMCIA from the config.sys.
(figure)

Also, the following autoexec.bat is executed: (figure)
autoexec.bat is changing prompt, path, and current directory

after finishing the autoexec.bat, this mini command.com is run:
after executing dir, the monitor is as follows:(figure)

What a suprise! EVA is running!

OG100 is like an IBM-PC compatible, so we tried to run eva.exe
made by Mr. Digiyama. So, although the display position is shifted
and the "Enter" key doesn't work, it runs and we can hear sound.
