I wanted to convert some large text files to ebooks with Bindery. I gave
up in the end as I could not find a way to automatically split the text
into Bindery pages. I would have had to go through the file by hand using
bindery to split it into pages.
Maybe there is a GEOS macro recorder to you could use to automate
something like this? I don't know of one though.
I don't have the Bindery manual to hand so i can't help you with the rest
of your questions.
