Do you mean some kind of extra layer, or a protective coating?
To make the screen extra slick I use a silicone coating (available at your
local shoe-shine store). It didn't prevent the screen from scratching though,
but it does write a lot nicer. The scratches are caused by dust and sand
sticking between pen and screen, so the silicone doesn't help much.
Recently I had a vinyl floor put in my house. They sold me a bottle of stuff
which puts a protective layer on the floor. Since that layer is meant to
prevent wear and tear I might try it in the corner of my screen (first
checking if it doesn't dissolve the screen).
What we really need is an extra film which is removable. I've got no good idea
what we can use.
BTW. A white dust particle has managed to get *inside* my screen,
guarantee-case????
