OGO returned to HP

All,

Thought I'd let you know that I also had a couple of dust specks
get in between the screen layers. I contacted HP in England,and after a
couple of days they agreed to take the old one , and send a brand new
one out.Without inspecting the old. Great.....Not, they wanted me to
supply a credit card number to cover the cost of the OGO incase I didn't
return the old one, their price is 365 pounds not including VAT.;-( ?
In the end I returned mine last Friday, and they sent the new one out
on Monday afternoon,unfortunately they sent it to the wrong address
and I didn't receive it until today.Still the new one is a new one,
batteries an all,and all in all I am pretty chuffed with their
action on this.So I would say to anyone who has dust problems get
incontact with HP and get a new one. :-)
