Connectivity Pack under Win NT 4.0 beta 2

Has anyone been able to use the Connectivity Pack successfully under
Windows NT 4.0 beta 2? It works fine under Windows 95 and Windows NT
3.51. It worked okay under NT 4.0 beta 2 after I copied a few DLLs
from NT 3.51 into the CPack working directory. And it still launches
under 4.0 beta 2, but it GPFs when opening any data file. It seems to
be able to do a hot sync successfully, though, because if I hot sync
and then reboot under NT 3.51, the data all seems to be there.

Ah, the joys of the bleeding edge.
