I know this sounds obvious, but have you made sure that your Caps Lock is toggled the proper way?

Hi Everyone,
About a week ago I was retrieving info from my Omni..per usual.
I sat it down and it shut itself off. When I tried to go back in my
password no longer worked! I have 7 months of info programmed in
there..this is VERY distressing. Does anyone know of an overriding
password to get back in, even if just to reconfirm my old password? Or
is this a glitch of some sort that anyone has run into?
