Are you using the screen rotated

This means that you have to use Graffiti to enter the pasword.
This causes problems as the usual guide lines dont appear and you can't
be sure that the letter has been recognised correctly. The only way to
solve the problem is to be very careful with your pen strokes and
remeber to rotate the screen (To eneable the keyboard) before you switch
to password mode
