I'm pretty sure "alpha..." is a Bookreader file. Try opening book reader
and see if it isn't there. Bookreader files dont show up as icons on the
home screen.

I can't find files on the ram card with BMS file manager either, but
they're still there. I always keep bookreader files on the Ram card w/o
problems.
