Have you ever tried it?
It is simple, you don't need any documentation.
After restart to diagnostic mode you will see screen with instructions =
what to do.
When you press Exit key, OmniGo will continue booting to Geos.
Diagnostic mode is useful for testing hardware components of Ogo,
e.g. keyboard, display, batteries (voltage) and so on.
