These issues in and of themselves were enough for me to return what I considered to be a drastic let down. The positives? There were some, but not enough. I'm keeping my Psion 3a with only 512k!>>
The screen issue is a biggie, myself, when I used one, I didn't mind it that much, but then again, the lighting was pretty good... :)

The address book situation has a remedy... There is a database system included with the OG (It is *NOT* GeoFile part II, it is something HP came up with... :>), and you could design a phone book DB there fairly easily...

Sorry you were disappointed by the OG, perhaps the OmniGo 200 will be more to your liking...
