When I opened the box, I found what seemed to be a growth stunted screen. I've seem small screens before, but this is ridiculous. If it's necessary for rotation, I'd live without the rotation.
Furthermore, the screen is very hard to see. Even after adjusting the contrast, I still had to have the perfect lighting conditions and squinting eyes.
While the apps were nice, I couldn't find a way to change/add fields in the phonebook. Granted, I didn't read the manual since I wanted to leave it in the plastic wrap, but I looked pretty hard.
These issues in and of themselves were enough for me to return what I considered to be a drastic let down. The positives? There were some, but not enough. I'm keeping my Psion 3a with only 512k!
