HP called me today as well, and they're fed-exing the replacement machine tomorrow with a prepaid return package.
After having a 95lx, 2 100lx', and a 200lx, I've long been the biggest fan of HP's outstanding customer service. I'm doubly impressed (and surprised) that they're continuing this legacy with a unit which costs 1/2 what I paid for my last 200lx.
