Got my replacment the next day as promised. The package came complete with new batteries, a prepaid return FedEx label, even the tape to seal the box with! You have to keep you old manuals etc as they just send you the unit but what service. Maybe GW Steve can comment on this, but after one day of use, when I opened my appt. app it had followed me to the next day - so I didn't have to hit the "today" key. Was this a minor tweak that HP fixed as well?
