If you will *read* the message, you will see that Brian is trying
to ensure that the *listserv* keeps working. How much have you
paid Brian for his efforts and contributions to keep you informed
about zoomer/omnigo/geos stuff ? As you are probably using a
POP client/server package and Brian's test messages are very short,
it shouldn't take more than 30 seconds to download all 20 of them;
furthermore, if I'm not mistaken, local calls are still free in the
US - so if you're worried about massive connect time charges
with AOL, perhaps you should move to a better provider.

I too have seen as many test messages as I would like. In fact,
because of the way my .forwards are set up around the planet,
every posting to the listserv gets duplicated - so I get *twice*
as many of these as you do.

Thank you Brian. I enjoy having access to pen-geos, and I'm sorry
you're having hassles keeping it working. Please keep up the
good work.

rob.
